University of Leeds, Engineering Building

Contract Value: £22.5m

Project Description

The Engineering Building is positioned at the North end of the main University of Leeds campus adjacent to Clarendon Road and Woodhouse Lane. The project involves the full refurbishment and remodelling of floors three, four, & five; and the wholesale replacement of existing mechanical and electrical services on all other floors as part of a backlog maintenance project.

The building is remaining occupied throughout the duration of the works. Because of this the works are to be undertaken in several phases with the need to decant the users from one area to another.
