Project Description
Refurbishment of existing laboratory accommodation within Chemistry and Bio-Chemistry Departments of the university to provide new joint research space including:
- New Synthetic Chemistry Post Graduate Laboratory
- New 18 Fume Cupboard Undergraduate Chemistry Laboratory
- Upgraded NMR 750 Hz Mass Spectrometer Facilities
- Provision of new Electron Microscope Facility
- New Research Laboratory to the Astbury Centre for Bio-Molecular Interactions
- New Bio-Chemistry Fermentor Facilities

Full M&E design, site monitoring and cost control for:
- Fume Cupboard Design
- Ventilation and Close Control Air Conditioning.
- Compressed Air Services including New Plant
- Nitrogen Generation and Distribution
- Comfort Cooling
- Modification to existing Fume Extract Systems
