Project Description
A new facility located in Coventry city centre will include a water park with multiple slides & 5 swimming pools including a 25m swimming pool, spa area, wave pool, plunge pool and lazy river. The facility also includes a gym, climbing wall, 2 squash courts, dance studio, Spin studio, health suites and café. The water park is located next to the City Centre South site and will complement the new retail and leisure development.
Services Provided
ESD shall develop the existing M & E design incorporating the full schemes currently proposed by Desco, providing calculations to substantiate all plant /distribution sizes, completing the detail design where necessary and working with the design team to provide co-ordinated services drawings to allow installation to proceed.
