Hartlepool Minor Injuries Unit

Environmental Services Design were appointed by Accent Group in Autumn 2009 to provide design services for the extension of the One Life Hartlepool Scheme (completed in March 2010) to form a 24 hour Minor Injuries Unit. The Minor Injuries Unit was commissioned by the PCT due to the closure of the Accident and Emergency facilities within Hartlepool. The unit will treat cuts, bruises, breaks and sprains.

Extension to the recently completed One Life Hartlepool Scheme, the services extension generally consists of the following Combined Heat and Power (CHP), underfloor heating, fully air conditioned minor surgery facility, mains electrical back up and staff/nurse call systems.
