Project Description
- Opened Summer 2013.
- 777 bedrooms split into clusters of between 6-8 bedrooms, each with communal use shared kitchen/dining area.
- The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms in the form of pods.
- Design and Build.
- Stage 4a design of the new Mechanical and Public Health Services incorporating primary heating system fed from CHP and boiler plant, specialist acoustic treated ventilation system feeding the bathroom pods, natural ventilation system serving bedrooms, and Building Management System (BMS) incorporating the latest metering technology.
